  • Your opinions and answers from surveys, interviews, or group discussions.

We will ask you questions using:

  • Online forms or paper forms.
  • Group chats or interviews (in person or online).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Understand your needs and experiences.
  • Find ways to make Croydon Mencap’s services better.
  • Write reports for Croydon Mencap staff, funders, or the public.

Who Can See Your Information

  • Inside Impact and Croydon Mencap will keep your information safe.
  • Your name will only be shared if needed. Otherwise, we will keep your answers anonymous. Anonymous means no one can tell who you are.
  • We will not share your information with anyone else unless the law says we have to.

How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Inside Impact will keep your information for 1 year after the project ends.
  • Croydon Mencap will keep your information for 10 years to help with long-term plans.

  3. Ask us to delete your information.
  4. Say no to us using your information in some ways.
  5. Ask us to send your information to another organisation.
